Businesses for Bristol Bay advocates for economic prosperity in the Bristol Bay region and beyond by advancing public policy that provides companies, communities, and individuals with stability and a level playing field.  By putting the needs of local businesses that depend on Bristol Bay’s fisheries first, we can drive sound economic development in Alaska and the industries that rely on its resources.

Our first priority is safeguarding and furthering the long-term viability and success of the Businesses for Bristol Bay network, in particular those that are invested in and dependent on Bristol Bay’s fisheries.  The proposed Pebble Mine in Bristol Bay endangers not just the health and productivity of Bristol Bay’s fisheries, but also American jobs and businesses from coast to coast.
